The Core assortment is a AAA, Canadian Beef oriented program designed for people who want to serve Canadian Beef at a value oriented price.  The Core is cut every day, stocked frozen in Sysco sites around Canada and is predicated on two pillars – efficiencies and yields.

By focusing in our most commonly ordered cuts and sizes, we can plan optimize our production, forecast and cut ahead as well as drive efficiencies through the room that translate into value for the customer.
Focusing in on yields follows the simple principle that the higher the yields coming out of the room, the lower the price will be for the finished goods. We use innovative specs as well as ideas to improve the yield and drive the sharpest possible value to our customers.
